                          Lockdown part 2

well i'm back with some more things i have been doing even tho i did my last lockdown post yesterday.

I went for a bit of a run up kaiti hill today and we went up the steep stairs it was very tiring but i kept telling my self to keep on going as you herd yesterday i am getting ready for my cross country.


Our cross country is up a big hill it is like you are just going straight up into the sky.

well next i am talking bout the news ummm well if you have not herd we have had another 40 cases today also there is a possibility there is one here in gisborne well i am really starting to miss school a lot unlike some people.

I have got to keep fit other wise it is not very good for my cross country.


Rember stay in you bubble but get out for walks/Runs.

  1. Kaiti Hill/Titirangi is a great workout! Those steps are lethal aren't they! I get really puffed! Great training Amelia.
