making a cake

today i made a cake out of bananas it was my first time. the cake is so basic all you have to get is: 125 grams of butter 3/4 cups of sugar 2 eggs 2 cups of mashed bananas 1 teaspoon Edmons baking powder 2 tablespoons of hot milk 2 cups of champion stadared plain flour 1 teaspoon Edmonds baking powder i used all of those ingredients to make the cake How to make the cake: before you start turn your oven up to 180c. i weight 125 grams of butter in a bowel and then i heated the butter up in the microwave just to soften it. when the butter has finished get a mixer with 2 betters and then put 3/4 cups of sugar mix well. while mixing get two eggs put them in 1 by 1 mix well after each egg then poor your 2 cups of mashed bananas into the mix and then stir well.then you heat up 2 tablespoons of hot milk and then quickly put Edmonds baking soda and stir straight after you put Edmonds baking soda in you should see the soda and hot milk fizz then poor in to the mix. sift flour and baking powder. fold into mix. get a cake tin about 20 cm round.then put cake in oven for 50 minutes. get a chocolate icing to put on your cake.after 50 minutes let cake cool down.after your cake is cool you I sit with your chocolate icing that you have put coconut on it if you would like it.then you'll have a slice like I did it was so yummy.
